Braden grew up in Kaysville, Utah, where he developed a love for sports. After graduating from Davis High School, he served a two-year mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in the England Birmingham Mission. Upon returning, Braden attended Utah State University, where he earned dual bachelor’s degrees in Economics and Political Science. His experiences both at Utah State and in England, especially during the period leading up to Brexit, sparked his passion for politics and law, inspiring him to embark on a career as a lawyer.
Braden graduated with a Juris Doctor from the University of Maryland School of Law. Immeditaely after graduation, he began working for the Office of Legislative Research and General Counsel for the Utah Legislature, where he drafted bills and provided legal counsel to the Legislature.
Now, he owns and operates Latitude Legal, specializing in estates and trusts, as well as business formation. He resides in Kaysville with his beautiful wife and their three energetic boys. Outside of his professional life, Braden enjoys politics, economics, sports, hiking, movies, reading, and video games.
